Practices with five-star customer service have a great advantage, as they can differentiate themselves from all others. This makes it easier to attract new patients, acquire excellent reviews, increase case acceptance, and create a fun and enjoyable environment.

Elevate patient communication. You can elevate patient communication with a 30-day communication email. You might not think of this as customer service, but it definitely is. Launching a one-page email every 30 days to update patients on the practice is perceived by patients as excellent communication and therefore excellent customer service.

Don't underestimate the power of positivity. If everyone on the team displays a positive attitude every day, engages in positive teamwork, treats patients with positive respect and language, then patients will see all the overall energy, enthusiasm, and excitement of the office. This starts with the leader. Happy doctors create happy team members, which leads to happy patients.
