1-800-DENTIST has released a new free report, "Dental Marketing in the Digital World," that explains how dental offices are using digital marketing techniques to grow their practices.
The report analyzes survey responses from more than 1,700 dental professionals nationwide.
The 20-page study, cosponsored by the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM), covers topics such as patient reviews, social media, dental websites, and appointment reminders.
Among the trends included in the report is the fact that the majority of dentists surveyed remain unconvinced about the importance of online trends that patients have come to expect.
Michael Turner, CEO of 1-800-DENTIST, said that the way consumers search for dentists is evolving and that practices should embrace these new marketing channels if they want to stay relevant.
