Dental group purchasing organization (GPO) Synergy Dental Partners has acquired Dental Whale Savings Network GPO.
This acquisition is a secondary transaction following UptimeHealth's recent purchase of Dental Whale and its subsidiaries. For Synergy, the purchase will enhance its ability to negotiate with vendor partners and provide value and benefits to its members, it said.
