Dental technology company Dandy has acquired Neem, a dental practice management software company focused on improving operations and supporting growth for dental practices.
The combined teams aim to accelerate digital transformation in restorative dentistry by pairing Dandy’s lab and software ecosystem with Neem’s technology and design capabilities.
Additionally, Neem employees will help develop new products, including Dandy’s Vision intraoral scanner.
