Dental Intelligence names VP of customer support

Dental software developer Dental Intelligence named Miles Dunn, MBA, as its vice president of customer support.

Previously, Dunn led customer support at companies including 1-800-Contacts, Wayfair, Peek Pro, and Rivet Health. Dunn is a Gold Stevie Award winner for technical support leadership.

Since joining Dental Intelligence, Dunn has enhanced workforce management and quality assurance and is leading initiatives to boost response times, consistency, and overall customer satisfaction, the company stated in a press release announcing the appointment.
