For the first time at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, women were elected to all four seats on the executive board of its second-year class.
The four officers include a Black woman of Jamaican descent from south Florida; an Irish-American woman from upstate New York; an Indian-American woman born in India who grew up in Louisiana; and a Korean-American woman born and raised in Alaska, according to a report on TuftsNow.
