Patterson Companies has acquired Mercer Mastery, a subsidiary of Mercer Advisors that owns the OnTrack dental practice performance software system.
Patterson Dental currently offers dental practice software systems for general dentists through its Eaglesoft software and for orthodontic practices with its Dolphin imaging and management solutions, according to a press release. The acquisition of Mercer is designed to enhance its software product offerings.
Patterson said the all-cash deal is not financially material. The terms were not disclosed.
