Danaher -- whose dental group includes Dexis, Gendex, Imaging Sciences International, KaVo, Kerr, Ormco, Pelton & Crane, and Soredex -- saw a nice bump in its second quarter (end-June 28) financials year over year.
The company reported revenues of $4.7 billion, 4% higher than the $4.6 billion reported for the second quarter of 2012. Net earnings for the quarter were $617 million, up from $600 million for the same quarter a year ago.
H. Lawrence Culp Jr., president and CEO, stated that core revenue growth in the quarter was slightly better than anticipated.
