Previewing a new clinical partnership in dentistry between DrBicuspid and CDOCS

At DrBicuspid.com, we are always looking for ways to expand our content and be of the greatest service to our readers.

One thing that I have heard from many readers is that a boost to our clinical content would be extremely valuable as you prepare for the second half of the year. At the same time, our readers are busier than ever before, balancing the improvement of the dental practice with the desire for more work-life balance.

With all of that in mind, I am thrilled to announce the launch of a new series of clinical tips, thanks to a partnership we have developed with CDOCS. You can learn more about CDOCS here and learn about their mission which, in part, reads, "Since 2006, CDOCS has adapted to continuously be on the cutting-edge of digital dentistry and provide our members the necessary education and resources to achieve clinical excellence, economic success and truly enjoy practicing great dentistry every day."

As a way to launch this series (which begins this week on DrBicuspid.com), I recently sat down with Dr. Dan Butterman, who is the faculty chair and part of the CEREC faculty for CDOCS. You will see Dr. Butterman on the first clinical tip we launch in this partnership, so I thought it would be good to have him not only explain more about CDOCS but also provide insight into that first clinical tip and why he thought it was so important to share it with DrBicuspid's readers.

You can watch my video interview with Dr. Butterman below as we discuss the importance of continuing education in a technology-focused practice and the value of mentoring the younger generation of dentists, plus much more.
