Harvey Silverman, DMD, will unveil the EasySmile LifeLike veneer system at the 2014 Greater New York Dental Meeting, being held November 30 through December 3.
EasySmile veneers are a direct veneer system made using a foundation material that helps dentists form the veneer to the patient's tooth and create a new smile before any permanent bonding occurs, according to a press release. Once the patient has approved the size, shape, and color, the veneer is hardened under light. From consultation to the final smile, the process takes between 30 minutes and an hour to be affixed, depending on the number of veneers.
Before treating a patient with EasySmile veneers, dentists must first be trained in the system. Dr. Silverman is able to do much of the initial training via a "hands-on" training webinar for both U.S. and international dentists.
