PatientActivator, 1-800-DENTIST's patient communication and online marketing software, has updated its Review Builder campaigns to help dental practices increase their online presence.
Review Builder is designed to help dental practices get more patient reviews on major review sites such as Yelp and Google, the company noted in a press release. Dentists can target a select group of their satisfied patients -- or their entire patient base -- and send predesigned, customizable emails that invite them to share feedback on popular review sites.
PatientActivator is also designed to help practices attract new patients, reduce no-shows, tighten recall, automate patient communications, boost online reputation, and simplify Facebook updates. The service also offers unlimited live phone support with tech teams.
