Do's and don'ts for increasing services

Introducing a new service into a dental practice can be a great way to boost revenue -- if it's done right. Make sure to plan for adding new services so that you can avoid confusion and properly introduce patients to all that your practice has to offer.

Do

Keep patients informed. If you want to perform more of a certain service, implement a 30-day patient communication program to regularly educate the patient base about that service.

Don

Don't forget to ask for reviews. If you want to perform more of certain services, ask patients who have received those services to leave reviews on Google or other sites. Others will see those reviews, and some will contact your practice regarding those services.
