HuFriedyGroup, a global dental products manufacturer and affiliate of Peak Rock Capital, has acquired SS White Dental. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition of SS White Dental, which manufactures carbide and diamond burs, endodontic instruments, and lab tools, will enhance HuFriedyGroup's product portfolio, it said.
