KeyCorp has made a minority investment in Zentist, the insurance revenue cycle management software provider for dental service organizations (DSOs).
Through this partnership, KeyCorp will introduce Zentist's Remit artificial intelligence (AI) software to the DSOs in its network.
Remit AI is designed to automate insurance claims processing with features like automated explanation of benefits delivery, bank data matching, and real-time claim status updates. It also aims to offer customizable analytics dashboards and a specialized workflow for predeterminations.
