The Health Plan of San Mateo has chosen Dentistry.One, a virtual dental care service by MouthWatch, to provide virtual dental care for its Medi-Cal and dual-eligible members.
The service aims to offer access to experienced dentists and care advisers for Dentistry.One's nearly 150,000 Medi-Cal and dual-eligible members. Members can address various dental issues ranging from emergency pain to understanding benefits through virtual appointments, including live video consultations. After each visit, members receive a personalized oral health report within 24 hours.
