The American Academy of Dental Hygiene (AADH) has approved the New Mexico State University (NMSU) Global Campus and Doña Ana Community College (DACC) as accredited continuing education providers.
This status will allow both higher education institutions to offer certified courses for dental professionals to enhance their skills and meet licensure requirements, NMSU said. NMSU-DACC now offers courses like local anesthesia certification prep for hygienists, radiology health and safety for allied dental, and strategies for teaching hybrid and online dental courses.
