Sebring Software, a software company focused on the dental practice management (DPM) market, has expanded in Florida and Arizona with the purchase of two dental firms.
Sebring acquired Orthodontic Specialists Management, which manages 31 orthodontic dental practices across Florida, and Absolute Aesthetic & Restorative and Image Dentistry of Glendale, which operates two dental practices in Phoenix.
The transactions are a part of the company's strategy to enter the healthcare market through mergers of DPM companies and certain dental practices, the company noted in a press release.
Sebring also closed on a $16 million financing from a lender group led by MidMarket Capital Partners.
