BU dental student another possible swine flu case

A resident at the Boston University (BU) Goldman School of Dental Medicine could be another probable case of swine flu, according to a university press release.

The student first experienced flulike symptoms last Tuesday but continued working at the university's orthodontic clinic and had contact with 12 patients, 15 residents, and seven faculty, according to BU.

The Boston Public Health Commission has requested that the orthodontics clinic remain closed until May 8, and has asked all BU orthodontic faculty, staff, and residents to remain in their homes until then also.
