Lumio Dental has expanded its use of VideaHealth's artificial intelligence (AI) technology VideaAI, according to a company announcement.
Lumnio Dental first trialed VideaAI in 2022. After testing for serval months, the organization rolled out VideaHealth's AI software to its other relevant practices over the summer.
The company said it selected VideaAI based on treatment acceptance, return on investment, and dental clinician feedback. Highlighted results included the following:
- Increased case acceptance
- Increased production of crown treatments (6%), fillings (roughly 30%), and periodontal services (20%)
- Increased new doctor confidence in diagnoses
