Dental service organization (DSO) Oak Dental Partners has picked VideaHealth as its artificial intelligence (AI) provider. The DSO will use Videa Assist, which uses AI to analyze x-ray images for adult and pediatric cases.
Oak Dental Partners has 54 family and pediatric practices, according to a press release from VideaHealth. The software will help clinicians at these practices identify disease patterns and areas for further intraoral investigation, the company said.
The announcement comes on the heels of similar news that Henry Schein One's Dentrix Ascend has been fully integrated with VideaHealth technology.
