Purealizer Industries has received a patent from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for its DentoShield ceiling-mounted ultraviolet germicidal irradiation system.
DentoShield is designed to be installed in a recessed ceiling and combines a medical-grade filter with ultraviolet light to continuously filter the air in dental patient rooms, the company said.
