The American Association for Dental Research (AADR) has changed its name to the American Association for Dental, Oral, and Craniofacial Research (AADOCR). The new name better represents the multidisciplinary scientists who advance dental, oral, and craniofacial research, according to the organization.
In related developments, the AADOCR has also added a number of services, including special themed content at the annual meeting on broader topics in dental, oral, and craniofacial research. The association said it would also offer webinars throughout the year, as well as an ambassador program to help local leadership connect with dental, oral, and craniofacial researchers.
