Dentsply Sirona has announced the winners of its 2020 Global Clinical Case Contest, a competition that honors dental students who show outstanding achievement in aesthetic dentistry treatments for clinically challenging patients.
Winners were named at an online event on September 23:
Emil Abiev.- First place: Emil Abiev, Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry
- Second place: Alperen Oz, Hacettepe University, Turkey
- Third place: Li Zhen, Sichuan University, China, and Russell Hashemi, University of Plymouth, U.K.
The contest began in 2004 and is for dental students with less than two years of clinical practice experience. This year, Dentsply Sirona received more than 760 submissions from students representing 140 universities around the world.
