The ADA chose Daniel Klemmedson, DDS, MD, as its new president-elect at the recent meeting of the ADA House of Delegates in San Francisco.
Dr. Klemmedson, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon from Tucson, AZ, received his dental degree from the University of Southern California (USC) School of Dentistry and his medical degree from USC's School of Medicine. He is a past president of the Arizona Dental Association and previously served as a trustee for the ADA's 14th District.
Dr. Klemmedson will take office as ADA president in October 2020.
