Dentsply Sirona reports lower Q1 net sales, income

Dentsply Sirona has reported lower net sales and net income for the fiscal first quarter of 2019.

For the quarter (end-March 31), the company reported net sales of $946.2 million, a 1.0% decrease from $956.1 million in the first quarter of 2018. The company's net income was $39.2 million, compared with $81.1 million in the same quarter last year.
