  • Consent forms and treatment plans can be a dental practitioner's best friend when it comes to protecting against lawsuits related to implants, according to a California attorney who makes his living dealing with this type of litigation. Read more.

  • Dentists and their employees should take note of new tax implications and reporting requirements that will take effect in the next two years as part of the U.S. Affordable Care Act, according to two presentations that focused on how dental practices will be affected by the new healthcare reform law.

  • Finally, in response to a query about which matrix he prefers for class II restorations, Dr. Marty Jablow shares his experience with the Triodent product line.
