Exhibeo lawsuits heat up; Canada gets poor marks for kids' wait times

Multiple class-action lawsuits have been filed against the developer and marketer of the Exhibeo patient education system, charging that some 2,000 dentists, optometrists, and chiropractors across the U.S. who leased the systems are victims of fraud.

Now a judicial panel must decide which state the complaints should be heard in, and their decision could have a critical impact on the outcome. Read more in this latest Practice Management Community feature.
