Virginia mulls fee-capping laws; ready to 'Meetup' in Chicago?

Two bills introduced by the Virginia Dental Association that would prevent insurance companies from capping fees for dental procedures they don't cover are gaining traction in the state Legislature. The Virginia House of Delegates and Senate last week passed the legislation despite strong opposition from a coalition of insurers and other business groups. Read more.
