Dallas dental firm sued by football team

The Dallas Cowboys football team has filed a lawsuit against the Dallas Center for Cosmetic Dentistry, claiming the center has not kept up with payments on several suites it leased at the Cowboys' new multibillion-dollar stadium that opened last year.

The center purchased the rights to six suites at a cost of $2.1 million a year, according to a story by WFAA-TV.

After what a Cowboys spokesman told WFAA-TV was a year's worth of attempts to collect the first payments on the suites, the Cowboys have now filed a lawsuit demanding the total value of the 20-year contract: $42 million.

The dental business did not comment on the litigation, according to WFAA-TV.
