Smile Brands Group, which operates as Bright Now Dental, has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to raise up to $144 million in an initial public offering (IPO).
Smile Brands provides business support services, personnel, facilities, and equipment to dental groups in the U.S.
The company said it plans to trade on the New York Stock Exchange but has not yet proposed a trading symbol.
