Practice systems are an important aspect of practice success. When systems operate effectively and efficiently, practices perform at high levels.
Document systems. If you can’t regularly review systems in writing, then you can’t continuously improve them.
Don’t let systems hold you back. As you outgrow systems, they can hold you back so that you will not increase production, profit, and income. The culprit is often the scheduling system, but all systems affect each other. If one system is below performance, then it’s not unusual for it to restrict the potential of other systems too.
