It's time to stop kidding ourselves and recognize that there is only one model that makes dental practices successful and that is the implementation of excellent systems that are followed by everyone in the practice.
Standardize everything possible. One of the goals of having great systems is to standardize the steps to carry out the system. The best practices follow their systems exquisitely.
Don't forget to use systems for everything. Practices that have step-by-step systems, as we have always advocated, can have production that is 30% to 50% higher than others.
