A majority of California residents are satisfied with their dental insurance benefits, according to a survey by the California Dental Association (CDA).
The survey, conducted by the CDA's Dental Benefits Research Task Force, showed that a majority of online reviews were positive (85.9%), the association noted in a press release. Positive reviews tended to focus on professionalism, level of care, and personality. Negative reviewers tended to cite problems with billing (overcharged, fraudulent charges) and poor customer service.
The survey also found that of the 30% who have used social media to recount their experience with a service provider, approximately 71% were younger than age 45, with the majority being between 25 and 44 years old.
