Dear DrBicuspid Member,
With the dawning of September, it's time to celebrate the dental office management team!
It is officially Dental Office Management Appreciation Month (OMAM) and I know the celebration is in high gear right now at the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM) meeting that is going on in Las Vegas. I'm certainly sending my best wishes to all of my friends who are at that gathering of thought leaders, and I know the office management team members in attendance there are feeling the love (and deservedly so!).
With OMAM currently in full swing, I recently sat down with representatives from AADOM and CareCredit (a long-time supporter of office managers and management teams) to discuss why this month is so special and the role that office management teams play in the success of the practice. You can watch that below, and be sure to check out CareCredit's site specifically celebrating OMAM.
On behalf of all of us at DrBicuspid.com, thanks to these amazing men and women who do so much to help the dental industry keep growing and for their hard work in helping dental practices accomplish their goals.

Here's to the weekend ahead
On behalf of my entire rockstar editorial team, I wish you nothing but a great weekend ahead. For those of us in the U.S., it's NFL kickoff weekend. I'll be sporting my Chicago Bears jersey and hoping the Monsters of the Midway have found their long-term answer in quarterback Caleb Williams.
