Dominion National is offering enhanced dental plan options for 2022 as part of its participation in the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP).
Dominion's Exclusive Provider Organization plans will more than double dental network access for existing and prospective FEDVIP enrollees to nearly 13,000 dentist listings in the mid-Atlantic region. Enrollees will need to continue to receive services from an in-network dentist, but will no longer need to select a primary care dentist, which makes access to dental care easier, the company said.
Dominion is one of 12 carriers participating in FEDVIP, which makes dental benefits available to federal employees, retirees, TRICARE retirees and their families. The mid-Atlantic region covers Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and parts of New Jersey and Virginia.
