Dental Practice Made Simple is a video series from DrBicuspid.com and Levin Group. Tune in every Wednesday for a quick tip from Dr. Roger P. Levin to learn how to build high-powered, proven systems that lead to practice success.

Want to increase production while reducing stress and fatigue? Then accelerated scheduling may be the right solution for you, according to Dr. Roger P. Levin in the latest episode of Dental Practice Made Simple.

Accelerated scheduling occurs when a dentist works at least two rooms -- each with a highly skilled dental assistant and the same production goal. That way, the dentist can go back and forth between the rooms at the direction of the dental assistants and already be ready to get to work.

"It relieves a lot of stress and fatigue and a sense of rushing and chaos because when you move smoothly between rooms -- and you schedule them based on production goals -- then the whole office runs better," Levin said.

Watch the video below to learn more about implementing accelerated scheduling and why it can lead to a 30% increase in production.
