During the recent Seattle Study Club Symposium in Phoenix, I had the chance to catch up with Steve Jensen, the director of strategic partnerships for clubs and associations for Dental Intelligence.
I asked Jensen to talk about one of the key points he makes when speaking across the U.S. -- that is the difference that one degree can make in changing the essence of something, as in how one degree can change water from just being hot (211° F) to boiling (212° F).
Jensen believes certain practice management numbers can, when dentists and dental team members know them and how their business is growing or struggling, make all the difference between being good and being great.
