Plenty is happening in the legal world right now involving Delta Dental, and the results could have a big impact on your practice and our industry. In short, 11 independent antitrust lawsuits have been filed against various Delta Dental brands. One of the complaints filed was in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
At the bottom of the legal complaint is the feeling that Delta Dental (which operates in every U.S. state) works as a conglomerate rather than as independent entities in each state.
