A dental hygiene college in Canada has donated more than 30,000 pieces from its supply of personal protective equipment (PPE).
The Canadian Academy of Dental Health and Community Sciences (CADH) in Mississauga provided gloves, gowns, and other supplies to a local hospital experiencing a shortage during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The college also agreed to provide free dental hygiene services to hospital staff and their families for one year after the clinic reopens.
