FDA OKs GreenMark's tooth repair device

GreenMark Biomedical has received U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval to market its CrystLCare Pro Biorestorative Fluoride-Plus product as a class II medical device.

CrystLCare is designed to aid tooth repair and alleviate dental sensitivity using patented bioresorbable, mineral-loaded starch particles that deliver calcium and phosphate ions to the enamel and dentin, according to the company.
