The University of the Pacific's Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry and its School of Health Science's Hearing and Balance Center have partnered with the Stanford University School of Medicine.
This partnership aims to enhance access to specialized oral health and hearing care. Two multidisciplinary clinics will be set up on Pacific's San Francisco campus.
The Head and Neck Cancer Outreach Clinic will evaluate, biopsy, image, and diagnose oral lesions. Patients requiring advanced surgical care will be treated by Stanford specialists, ensuring comprehensive care, including oral health optimization and functional rehabilitation, according to the University of the Pacific.
