Solutionreach has released a new version of its cloud-based Smile Reminder platform that syncs with Dentrix G5, the latest version of Henry Schein's practice management system.
Smile Reminder is now connected to Dentrix G5 and will write back to the Dentrix G5 database, the company noted in a press release. Write-back functionality enables direct communication, so when Smile Reminder acquires information -- such as an appointment confirmation from one of its automated reminders -- the data are placed directly into the Dentrix database.
Smile Reminder helps practices acquire, retain, and reactive patients by providing tools to improve practice marketing and enhance doctor-patient relationships, according to Solutionreach.
