AzDA Services, the for-profit subsidiary of the Arizona Dental Association, has chosen Demandforce for marketing and communications services for its members.
Demandforce is now the choice of 10 dental associations, including the California Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, and the Texas Dental Association.
Demandforce services includes the following:
- Automatically sends appointment confirmation and reminders through email and text messaging to reduce no shows and help retain patients.
- Creates and sends customized newsletters to patients.
- Improves the practice's online reputation on websites such as Google, Facebook, and CitySearch.
- Automatically tracks results from marketing efforts.
Almost 300 AzDA members have already seen results, including more than 54,000 patient reviews and 26,000 appointment requests. Demandforce has also helped generate more than $24 million in revenue, including more than $1.3 million in revenue by retaining patients who might otherwise have been lost, the company said.
