Present more effective cases
Case acceptance drives practice growth. The more treatment you recommend, the more cases that patients will accept. Making treatment affordable is one of the keys to boosting case acceptance.
Offer financial options to every patient. Practices can dramatically increase case acceptance by providing a wide array of financial options. Many doctors make the mistake of prescreening patients based on their perception of the individual's ability to pay. Don't make "wallet biopsies." Give every patient the opportunity to accept optimal treatment.
Don't be discouraged by rejection -- learn from it. Even when you and your team do everything right, patients will sometimes turn down treatment recommendations. It can be disheartening, but don't let it get you down. Focus on the next patient. There will be other opportunities to present treatment again.
