DMG America has launched a 3D printing-enabled workflow for bleaching trays, designed to shorten turnaround time.
With 3D printing, the bleach tray manufacturing process can be reduced from the traditional six steps to four steps. To make a tray, clinicians import a case’s scan, use the design software, and send the completed file to the printer. Then, dentists receive a printed, washed, and cured bleaching tray.
