There is one standard banner size for all newsletters. Please supply the following:
- JPG, PNG, or static GIF: 300 (W) x 250 (H)
- URL
The Daily newsletter is sent to our subscribers Monday through Saturday. The Daily utilizes up to 3 ad slots as shown in the yellow squares of the following screenshot. Slot 1 is for the Newsletter Top Stories (formerly called Letter from the Editor) sponsor, Slot 2 is for the Insider sponsor, and Slot 3 is for the Case of the Week sponsor.
The Sponsor Samples newsletter is sent on a quarterly basis. This newsletter utilizes up to 6 ad slots as shown in the yellow squares of the following screenshot.
The Breaking News Alert is sent on a periodic basis, as determined by the Editor-in-Chief. Banner artwork must be ready to use in advance.
