The University of Delaware Center for Disabilities Studies and the Delaware Division of Public Health will host two oral health training sessions for caregivers of people with disabilities and frail elders on June 27 and 28.
The last two sessions will be held at the following times and locations:
- 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday at the Delaware Technical Community College, Owens Campus, 18800 Seashore Highway, Georgetown
- 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday at the Milford Library, 11 SE Front St., Milford
Louise McCarthy, dental professional and advocate for people with disabilities, will instruct the sessions. She will address the causes of oral health problems, daily mouth care, and more.
