HealthPlan Services (HPS) and United Concordia Dental have collaborated to include administration of American Health Benefits Exchange (AHBE) dental plans across HPS' Go-To-Exchange platform.
HPS is a technology, sales, retention, and administrative services provider for the insurance and managed care markets.
Go-To-Exchange offers management of the administrative and technical needs of health plans participating in public and private insurance exchanges. It includes the following:
- ExchangeLink, which facilitates the technical connections necessary to link carriers to exchanges
- SalesLink, which supports customer acquisition, enrollment, and welcome letter issuance
- ServiceLink, which provides in-force administration, member billing, tax credit/subsidy collection, premium reconciliation, and customer service
In addition to administering dental offerings across AHBEs and other third-party systems, HPS will provide United Concordia with sales support and customer service.
