A 53-year-old man was arraigned on April 19 for allegedly practicing dentistry without license at an office in New York, according to multiple news reports.
Jose Rodriguez Delacruz, of Freeport, NY, was arrested on April 18 for conducting dental work without a license in an office at his business following a police investigation.
At his arraignment, Delacruz as charged with unauthorized practice, according to reports.
