Bluereo has launched a crowdfunding campaign for its G150 electronic suction toothbrush, which aims to make it easier to clean the teeth of people who cannot practice good oral hygiene themselves due to injuries and disabilities.

The company launched a Kickstarter campaign in the hopes of raising $10,000 in support of the toothbrush.

The brush features gentle vibration and a water-suctioning function, making it easier for vulnerable populations, including elderly and postsurgical patients, to have their teeth brushed, according to the company. It especially aims to help those are unable to spit while having their teeth brushed.

Furthermore, the toothbrush features a smooth, small brush with a one-hand, slip-resistant design. It operates with three stages of vibration and three small suction holes to remove excess water and waste through an attached container. Enhanced LED lighting illuminates the inside of the mouth, and its filter can be removed and cleaned.

Those who support the campaign can save up to 50% on their G150 toothbrush, which retails for $349.
